Jim Ward, CPA
Jim Ward is the audit partner of Fry & Co. located in Greenville, Ohio.
During his years with Fry Co., Jim has been the firm's director of
accounting and audit services. He has been responsible for the
technical guidance andsupport, as well as the professional develop-
ment, for the firm's small business clients. Jim has taught various
classes and seminars to small business owners for Edison State
Community College and the local Chamber of Commerce. Jim is a
Certified Public Accountant and is a member of theAmerican Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified

Rodney Oda, CPA
Rodney earned his Bachelor of Science in Business degree, with an
Accountancy Major, from Miami University in December 1975. Rodney
currently is the tax partner of Fry & Co. He is responsible for the
preparation of both individual and business tax returns, and tax
planning and consulting. Rodney also assists the firm’s clients with
selection of business operating structure, accounting issues, and
general business consulting. Rodney is a Certified Public Accountant
and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants
and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is
also a member of the Ohio Society’s Small Business Section and the
AICPA’s Taxation Section. Rodney has been active in various
community and civic organizations. He is currently the Treasurer
for both the Hope Foundation of Darke County, Inc. and
Hospice of Darke County, Inc. He is a member of the Board of
Directors for the Darke County Historical Society, Inc. and for the
Edison Foundation, Inc. He is also active in the local Sertoma Club,
is chairperson for the Annual Speech and Hearing Impaired Golf
Tournament, and is co-founder of the annual Darke County United

Bev Delk, CPA
Joining the firm in 1981, Bev is experienced in accounting, audit,
and tax work for many types of businesses, with an emphasis in
the areas of agriculture, finance, and the trucking industries. Bev
states, ''I truly want to help our clients live out our slogan –‘building
a better business. creating a better life.’ It is only after I understand
a client’s personal and business situation that I am able to offer
advice that makes sense.'' Bev is a member of the Ohio Society of
Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Ohio Society’s
Management Practice and Financial Institutions Sections, and is
active in the local Business and Professional Women’s Club.
